A Message of Thanks to Jessy Hillbloom
Even though I have never met Jessy personally (all of our interactions have been through emails and phone calls) there is no doubt in my mind that this is a most remarkable woman. Her integrity, honesty and dedication are a great tribute to her character.
I came in contact with Jessy after our daughter Melanie purchased a beautiful puppy called Stella. Unfortunately, Stella passed away and we were all devastated. Jessy told Melanie that she would give her another puppy that would bring back happiness. Not to "replace" Stella because that was impossible. This is a woman, who not only breeds beautiful, healthy puppies, but cares enormously about the people who have her puppies. Her dedication and zeal make her a unique person. Knowing that Melanie was eager for another puppy and being that some time had gone by, Jessy parted with her adored Poppit (whom she had reserved for herself as a show dog, rather than the puppy that Melanie had purchased). Jessie gave Poppit to Melanie (without charging any extra show dog premiums) only because she knew that they would blend together in personality and character.
Jessy is a unique breeder that cares not only about her dogs, she makes sure they go to good lovable homes. She takes the time to teach and coach new families. She is a gift to those she comes in contact with. She has dedicated many years to breeding beautiful boxers and the boxer world is fortunate to have a breeder of such integrity and dedication. I can only add that our family is deeply grateful to this remarkable woman for her kindness and generosity. Jessy, we salute you and wish you always the best.
