STUD SERVICE AGREEMENT

Thank you for expressing an interest in using "--Insert dogs name here--" in your breeding program. Enclosed you will find a copy of his pedigree and our policies concerning stud services to outside bitches. Bitches must be approved by the stud's owner before being accepted for breeding. Before a commitment for a breeding is made, please consider the following.

Prior to a breeding agreement, we require from you:
*A photocopy of your bitch's AKC/*CKC Registration.
* A legible four generation pedigree.
*Recent photograph or video tape of the bitch.
Following an agreement to breed, it is required that you:
*Provide a veterinary certificate  of a negative Brucella titer, dated no more than 30 days before the mating. We will need a photocopy of all lab reports for our records. A negative aerobic vaginal culture taken with guarded culture instrument may be requested by stud owner.
*Pay all transportation costs for the bitch as/if needed. Airport pick up and delivery fees to (--insert Airport name--) as follows:($______). (To be paid before the bitch is shipped.)
*Pay all veterinary costs at the time of service, if veterinary care is needed while the bitch is in our care.
*Pay all expenses if using fresh chilled semen including collection kits, semen collection, shipping charges, etc.
* The bitches owner must be willing and able to provide care for the litter and agree that puppies resulting from this breeding shall now knowingly be sold directly to a new puppy owner.
*Breeder will sell puppies on responsible contracts. (Spay/Neuter for pets, Mandatory Return)
*Bitches must be in good health, at least 18 months of age and under 7 years of age, and accompanied by negative Brucellosis test results on letterhead from a licensed veterinarian.
*If food is not provided by the owner of the bitch, a boarding fee of $______ per day will be charged.
*Owner of the bitch hereby agrees to furnish owner of stud with color photos of all surviving pups in the litter.
Owner of stud is not obligated to sign the litter registration form until said photos are received and unless the stud fee and any other expenses are paid in full.
*Owner of bitch hereby agrees that owner of stud will not be held liable for any sickness, injury, accident, or death of said bitch while under the care of the owner of the stud.
*If the bitch changes ownership while in whelp, all terms of this contract remain in force, and this contract is to be given to and explained to the new owners.
Prior to an agreement to breed, our responsibilities to you are as follows:
*Stud dog is guaranteed to be in the same good health as required of the bitch.
*To provide a photocopy of our stud's AKC Registration if requested.
*A copy of a five generation pedigree.
All proposed bitches must meet the following criteria:
*The bitch must be in good physical condition.
*The bitch must have a stable temperament.
STUD SERVICE POLICY

*Two or more live saleable colored puppies, constitutes a litter.
*If the bitch does not whelp two or more live puppies, a return service willl be given the same bitch at the next season without an additional fee. Any other conditions/agreements will be noted and initialed by both parties on the back of this document.
*We will not sign for the registration of white boxers with the AKC. It is preferred that puppies whose white markings exceed the 1/3rd limitation (but are not white), as stated by the American Boxer Club standard, be registered as LIMITED. It is also requested that any pet puppies be sold on LIMITED registration, and spay/neuter contracts be used.
*The litter breeder also agrees to sell puppies resulting from this breeding with a sales contract indicating that, if for any reason a purchaser of a puppy can no longer kepp the puppy, the litter breeder requireds the return of the puppy to them to be resold to a suitable home.
*The owner of the bitch warrants that this bitch has not been exposed to any stud dog prior to her arrival and that he/she will protect her from exposure upon her return home. If there is question once the litter has been whelped the stud dog owner can request that the Bitch's owner DNA test the entire litter to ensure the proper puppies are registered. If it is found that less than 2 puppies of saleable condition are whelped the option for a repeat breeding is null and void.  A litter is not eligible for AKC/CKC Registration if the serviced bitch is serviced by a second male during this heat cycle, nor is the owner of the bitch entitled to a free repeat breeding.
Any amendments, or additions to this contract will be detailed on the reverse of this page and will be initialed by both stud and bitch owner.

If the Bitch Owner sells, trades, gives away, or promises any puppy in the litter before the Stud owner picks their puppy should a puppy be decided on in lieu of a monitary payment for stud services, The Bitch Owner agrees they will give second and third choice puppy to the stud owner with all AKC Registration Papers as payment for services.
