CONDITION OF CO-OWNERSHIP/LEASE FOR SHOW PROSPECT
This is a Co-Ownership/Lease between Pryde Boxers, Jessica Hillbloom, whom shall be referred as the (Seller) throughout the rest of this document, and the below named person or persons whom shall be referred to as the "Buyer/Co-Owner" in the rest of this document. This condition will be considered a lease until all contractual conditions are met by the Buyer/Co-Owner. Until all contractual obligations are met the Seller will remain as a Co-owner along with the Buyer/Co-Owner. Once ALL conditions are met, that will be considered final payment for said puppy and a sale completed between Seller and Buyer/Co-Owner. If all conditions are not met the Seller can have the option to repossess below mentioned puppy with no compensation to be made to the Buyer/Co-Owner. If Seller must repossess said below puppy the Buyer/Co-Owner will have no more than 15 days from notice from Seller to return all below detailed Puppy's papers and below detailed puppy to the Seller at the Buyer/Co-Owners expense.

1) The Seller guarantees that below detailed puppy
is a purebred Boxer, and the offspring of the below detailed sire and dam,
and registerable with the American Kennel Club (AKC). This puppy shall
be registered with the seller’s prefix “Pryde’s”. The Buyer/Co-Owner agrees
NOT to alter or change in any way the registered name of said puppy. Said
Puppy will be registered to the above Buyer/Co-Owner's information along
with the Seller's information. Should a theme be chosen for said puppy’s
litter, Buyer/Co-Owner agrees to choose a name from the theme list chosen
by the seller but may give the puppy a call name of their choosing. Theme
for the following litter shall be as follows:

2) Seller agrees to provide the Buyer/Co-Owner with
AKC registration papers and an unofficial pedigree within the allowed amount
of time that the Seller has to register the litter with the American Kennel
club. The Seller has a period of 6 months to register the litter with the
AKC and the Seller does reserve the right to register any litter at any
point in time within the six month period that we as the Seller have with
The American Kennel Club for any reasons that the Seller may find necessary
to wait to register said litter. Should AKC registration papers not be
available at the time of transfer or delivery of said puppy, AKC Registration
papers will be mailed to the Buyer/Co-Owner upon the Seller receiving them
provided all contractual agreements have been met between the Seller and
Buyer/Co-Owner. NO puppy registration papers will be given before a signed
contract is made between the Seller and Buyer/Co-Owner. AKC registration

3) Any and all financial liability incurred as a result of transporting the puppy to the buyer’s location will be the sole responsibility of the Buyer/Co-Owner, this is to include but not limited to airfreight and a suitable crate for shipping. Any special documentation that may be needed by a veterinarian. All travel arrangements are to be made by the Buyer/Co-Owner. Seller will NOT ship puppies air freight in a cargo bin. The ONLY way Seller will ship a puppy is in a climate controlled space. Seller will not ship a puppy or dog during hot weather months from May to September. Buyer/Co-Owner's Initials: .
4) The Seller guarantees, to the best of our knowledge,
this puppy to be in good health and will have had at least one visit to
a licensed vet at six weeks of age for a complete exam to include but not
limited to deworming, first shots, fecal exam and general assessment of
health of below detailed puppy. The Buyer/Co-Owner will not take said puppy
and exposes said puppy to places of high communicable disease such as but
not limited to a dog park or pet store until the puppy has had at least
their third series of puppy shots at (12) weeks of age, this is for the
well being of the puppy. The Buyer/Co-Owner has a health guarantee extending
to the close of business 48 hours from the following date: of the sale
in which to have a licensed veterinarian of the Buyer/Co-Owner's choice
to examine below detailed puppy and is urged to do so. If the Buyer/Co-Owner
does not take said puppy to a licensed veterinarian within the (48) business
hours upon receiving said puppy any and all health warranties will be null
and void. Any and ALL examination will be done at the Buyer/Co-owner's
expense. No refund will be made for any medical bills incurred once the
puppy has left the Seller's Property with the Buyer/Co-Owner. The Seller
can not, nor will not guarantee the below detailed puppy against cancer
or heart conditions such as Cardiomyopathy or SAS that are known to affect
the Boxer Breed in general. The Buyer/Co-Owner needs to be aware that these
diseases are diseases known to be associated with the breed in general.
This DOES NOT mean that your puppy will develop these ailments simply I
can not guarantee against them. At the Buyer/Co-Owner's first visit to
a licensed veterinarian within their (48) hour period find any life threatening
conditions with the puppy in this guarantee period, the Seller will then
have the right to have a second opinion formed by a veterinarian of their
choice before any refund or exchange will be made. Should it be determined
that the puppy has a life threatening condition the Buyer/Co-Owner will
then have two options. (1) Return the puppy in question to the Seller accompanied
with documentation from the examining veterinarian stating as to what they
found life threatening with said puppy and exchange for another puppy of
the same sex and of the same monitory value, any puppy chosen for exchange
with a monitory value greater than the original purchase, the difference
will be paid to the Seller by the Buyer/Co-Owner. (2) Should there be no
puppy available the Seller will have One Year to provide an equal replacement
or at the end of the One Year refund the cash value of the returned puppy.
Should the Buyer/Co-Owner not have the puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian
in this guarantee period the Buyer/Co-Owner is agreeing to this puppy AS
IS with No Guarantee! The Buyer/Co-Owner agrees to provide proper medical
attention as needed and adhere to yearly vaccinations; rabies shots, monthly
heartworm prevention, kennel cough prevention & any other veterinarian
care that may be needed. Buyer/Co-Owner's Initials:

5) The Buyer/Co-Owner agrees to provide the proper
warm or cool, safe and sanitary living quarters. The Buyer/Co-Owner agrees
to prevent theft or running away of said puppy, however the puppy should
not be tied for any length of time, crated for lengthy periods of time,
or kept in a kennel permanently. The Buyer/Co-Owner agrees to feed the
dog PROPER diet sufficient to maintain its health. The Seller retains the
right to reclaim the dog and all rights to the dog at NO cost, obligation
or compensation to the Buyer/Co-Owner should it be deemed that the Buyer/Co-Owner
is remiss in providing proper care for the puppy at any time and is to
include but not limited to mental and or physical cruelty, being left in
a car, being left tied up, being left outside during extreme weather conditions
or being able to run loose. There conditions are not limited to for reclaiming
of the dog should it be deemed necessary to ensure and maintain the health
and well being of this puppy. Buyer/Co-Owner's Initials:

6) The Buyer/Co-Owner agrees NOT to dispose or destroy
said dog before first contacting the Seller except in the case of dire
emergency. An example of dire emergency would be a dog hit by a car not
expected to survive. This does not limit the dire situations but should
the Buyer/Co-Owner have sufficient amount of time to contact the Seller
they must before putting any puppy or dog to sleep. Buyer/Co-Owner's Initials:

7) The Buyer/Co-Owner hereby certifies that he or she
is not acting as an agent for any other individual and will not resell/give
away or trade said puppy to a third party for any reason. If for any reason
the Buyer/Co-Owner cannot retain ownership for any reason it will be returned
to the Seller at no cost or obligation to the Seller. Should the puppy
have to be returned all legal ownership papers would accompany this puppy

8) The Buyer/Co-Owner will notify seller of any address
and or phone number changes within two months of moving or changing personal
contact information. Buyer/Co-Owner's Initials:

9) The Buyer further agrees to provide the seller with
updated pictures of said puppy at least twice yearly. Understand that this
is to see how our pups develop as we like to keep up with our puppies.
Note that these pictures may or may not be posted on our website on our
pupdate page for other puppy owners who have purchased littermates and
other puppies may see how everyone else is growing as well. Buyer/Co-Owner's

10) The Seller cannot and will not guarantee size,
color or future breedability. A 'Show Prospect' is a dog that goes beyond
the definition of a pet/companion dog, although there is no guarantee the
dog will become a Champion of Record recognized by AKC, but with proper
care and training on the part of the Buyer/Co-Owner and/or a Handler of
the Buyer/Co-Owner and Sellers choice, this dog should be a reasonable
contender and competitive in the show ring. Buyer/Co-Owner's Initials:

11) The Buyer/Co-Owner understands that this puppy
is being placed as a Show Prospect/Companion. The Buyer agrees to exhibit
the dog with a professional handler, approved by the Seller between the
ages of 6-9 months at least one weekend, 9-12 months at least one weekend
and again 13-18 months at least one weekend. After the age of eighteen
(18) months the puppy must be shown in a minimum of fifteen (25) AKC sanctioned
shows within a thirteen (13) month period after the puppy turns the age
of eighteen (18) months at the Buyer/Co-Owner's expense. The Buyer is aware
that the estimated cost of each of these shows could be $100-250 per show,
depending on the selected handler’s fees and other associated fees involved
with training, transportation, and daily care of the dog while with the
handler. The Buyer/Co-Owner understands that the cost for showing a puppy
until it's Championship title is obtained could be approximately $5000.00
Any and all fees associated with exhibition of this dog are the sole responsibility
of the Buyer/Co-Owner. After said puppy has turned (18) months of age and
been exhibited with a professional handler at least the (25) times in AKC
sanctioned shows, Buyer/Co-Owner and Seller will then re-evaluate said
dog to see if they should continue competing for a Championship title IF
Title has not been obtained. This condition does not apply if the dog has
completed the requirements for and obtained its AKC championship title
prior to the age of eighteen (18) months. Buyer/Co-Owner will only exhibit
said dog with a handler the Seller approves of. Buyer/Co-Owner's Initials:

12) The Buyer/Co-Owner understands the importance to
work with the puppy in order for it to be "Ring Ready". The puppy must
interact with new people and dogs outside of their own household. The Buyer/Co-Owner
will make every attempt to take said puppy to either fun matches and or
confirmation handling classes at least once a month provided one is offered
in their area. The Buyer/Co-Owner agrees they will practice stacking the
puppy on a daily basis. The Buyer/Co-Owner agrees to take said puppy to
handling classes and proper training starting BEFORE said puppy turns six
months of age. This is to ensure that every opportunity has been given
to the puppy to get a good start in training for the ring. The Seller agrees
to make themselves available via either internet, phone or in person provided
the Buyer/Co-Owner is in a near proximity of the Seller for help with training
said puppy.

13) The Buyer/Co-Owner releases the Seller and their
estate from any and all liabilities, and or damages by fault of this dog
after the date of purchase. These liabilities and/or damages include but
are not limited to the destruction of property and/or physical injury to
any person or group of people.

14) A deposit in the amount of One Half the total price
of the puppy is required to hold the puppy until it is ready to be delivered
or picked up by the Buyer/Co-Owner. Price of the puppy does not include
ear cropping. The deposit is non-refundable to the Buyer once it has been
left with the Seller unless the puppy dies or has a serious condition to
prevent delivery before the Buyer/Co-Owner takes the puppy into their possession.
The monitary balance is to be paid in full to the Seller by the time the
puppy reaches Eight weeks and Three days of age, and NO puppy will be released
to the new Buyer/Co-Owner until the pup reaches the age of 8 weeks old
or if the said puppy is being transported by air then no puppy will be
released until it turns the age of ten weeks. The puppy will be picked
up on the following agreed upon date: / / . Any party who has reserved
a puppy by leaving a deposit must contact Seller within five (5) days of
this date to make arrangements to pick this puppy up or the deposit will
be forfeited and the Seller will then have the right to re-advertise this
puppy for sale to another party. The Seller will accept NO Personal Checks
as payment for this puppy. A check may be left for the deposit should there
be sufficient amount of time for the check to clear Seller’s bank. Should
the Buyer/Co-Owner leave a Check for the deposit amount and the check does
not clear, an additional charge of One-Hundred Dollars will be applied
to the deposit amount to cover any fees the Seller may incur. The Buyer/Co-Owner
has given a deposit in the amount of $_ 1200.00 leaving a remaining monitary
balance of $ 1200.00 to be paid tp the Seller by the time
the puppy reaches the age of eight weeks and 3 days on the following date:

dog turns Eighteen Months of age to any bitch owned or co-owned by the
Seller to produce at least (2) puppies of correct showable color from each
breeding at no monitary charge to the Seller and no puppies back to the
Buyer/Co-Owner that would result from the (3) chosen breedings. It will
be the Seller’s responsibility to bring the bitch to the Buyer/Co-Owner
and or make arrangements to have someone bring the bitch to the Buyer/Co-Owner

15) The Buyer/Co-Owner agrees they will Holter said puppy at 1 year of age to test for Cardiomyopathy and then every 1-2 years following the first holter. In addition the Buyer/Co-Owner Agrees they will have a color flow Doppler performed by a licensed board certified cardiologist no earlier than (1) year and no later than (27) months of age. Buyer Co-Owner will also have a full thyroid panel performed by (2) years of age. All these tests will be performed before said puppy is bred. Once tests have been performed and provided said puppy has passed all health screening and reached at least the age of eighteen months, said puppy will then be allowed to be to a stud dog that must have a negative Brucellosis test within 15 days of the first mating. All testing will be done at the Buyer/Co-Owner’s expense. Buyer/Co-Owner's Initials: .
16) The fee for cropping the puppy's ears is Two Hundred Twenty-five Dollars. The Buyer/Co-Owner understands this is a non-refundable fee. Arrangements will be made with the vet to have said puppy's ears cropped prior to puppy leaving the Seller’s property and in order to receive a discounted price on cropping the fees are paid to the vet in advance. This fee must be paid to the Seller by the Buyer/Co-Owner by the time said puppy reaches 6 weeks of age in order for the Seller to pay the vet in advance. If the Buyer/Co-Owner wishes to have their vet crop the ears pictures of 5 or more crops performed by the Buyer/Co-Owner’s Vet must be provided to ensure that a PROPER cropping is done for the show ring. 17) Seller will remain Co-Owner of said puppy until
any and all obligations of this contract are met by the Buyer/Co-Owner.

18) This contract is governed by the laws of South
Carolina and is fully enforceable in the State of purchase where the Seller
resides and the State of residence of the Buyer/Co-Owner. Any action or
proceeding brought by any party concerning a dispute arising hereunder
shall be brought to court of competent jurisdiction located in Berkeley
County, South Carolina. Buyer/Co-Owner agrees if there is such dispute
the buyer will pay any and all court and legal fees for both the seller

We the undersigned have read and agree to all the above conditions in full. By signing this contract we agree to fulfill all requirements of this contract. Both Seller and Buyer/Co-Owner will receive a signed copy for each of their personal records of this sale/lease. It is further understood that NO other warranties or conditions are otherwise expressed or implied. Each party hereby acknowledge that they had an opportunity to review this agreement. Including the opportunity to consult with an attorney if they choose and that this agreement is entered in knowingly, voluntarily, and an understanding of the terms hereof. No party has relied on any representation other than the terms of this agreement.
